Why Communicating With Our Customers Is So Important

As with any start up company, before you invite your customers in, or in my case ship the first order, the
goal is to have thought of everything.

Possible? No.

That's why communicating with our customers is so important. How else would I have known there was a
need for a hand painted color chart.

Annette of Kensington Art Supply was the first to request a chart. Her customers wanted the opportunity to see the actual colors. The request made perfect sense- artists are visual, they want to touch, feel and see colors up close and personal.
